Notes: CR 2010212183 was heard 4/20/2011 in courtroom 4310. He is eligible to get out of jail on this charge 6/6/2011. Evidently the wrong CR number had been given to probation when the case was adjudicated in April. Since he is currently serving time for this case, they can’t violate the probation.
Court was late starting because they had not gotten out of morning court until after 1:00. The afternoon was all probation violations. There were only 7 on the docket. Some of the morning cases were held over.
Kevin Minton (ADA) was most helpful. He explained the problem before it was brought before the judge so we would know what was going on and then after it was heard, he made sure we understood what the judge had done.
