Notes: Observation of bonds being set:
1. $25,000 secured (defendant has to come up with 10% to be released) - stole $25,000. If bond is met, the defendant will be placed on CMPD electronic monitoring. The crime occurred while the defendant was on probation.
2. Defendant wrote and cashed 22 stolen checks from Bank of America. There is a history of DUI, drugs and assault. Defendant pled guilty and has to pay restitution to Bank of America and get drug treatment.
3. $35,000 secured - 18 year old defendant stole many large items.
4. $65,000 secured - Robbery at gunpoint, stolen goods, assault, unccoperative.
5. $85,000 secured - Robberies, hit & run
*MANY other bonds were reduced to very low bonds.
