Notes: ADA came to us to immediately and asked us who we were there for and to get the Community Impact Letter. He also come to us to inform us that Nathaniel Black was absent. He was not in custody and did show up for the 1st or 2nd docket call. Mr. LeSale stated that he would give the judge the CIL and inform him that we are interested in Mr. Black’s court appearances and criminal record. Of course, being that the case was not heard, that did not transpire. We were pleased with the actions of the ADA coming to us first instead of us trying to get his attention. We left the courtroom at 2:15. No cases had been called to be heard.
