Notes- Offender was out on bail.  ADA invited court watch member to stand at the DA's table and allowed CW member to address the judge.   Received 150 days in jail with no credit for time served.  1st case we've seen where judge did not give offender credit for time served.  As CW member was leaving the courtroom, he heard several attorneys saying, "He can't do that", referring to not giving the offender credit for time served.
