Notes:
This was the second Misdemeanor Communicating Threats Charge for Collel Steele that we attended.
The ADA was extremely helpful and very communicative and kept us informed that:
a)the victim was not there b) they were waiting to give the victim more time to appear and c) that the case was dismissed because the victim did not show up. The ADA even spoke to us on either side of the isle (Domestic Violence Court Room).
Other Notes: The bailiff approached us because he observed us before and was curious what CMCW was about. We explained and gave him our CMCW Watch card.
