The case was originally scheduled for 3pm.  DA's office advised us to come in the a.m. in case the offender's case was called early.  We were informed that his case would not be called up until the PM session.  Because the defense attorney, Tom Blackwood, needed more time to review the case, this case was continued.  This case had been calendered for well over a month.
