Notes: We submitted a Community Impact Letter.  ADA Davis and Miller very helpful.  They let us know that they were ready to proceed, but defendant's attorney was not present.  They were expecting him/her around 11:00.  The ADA was expecting the defendant to plead not guilty, which is exactly what happened.  ADA Davis informed us that ADA Samantha Pendergrass is handling Henighan's case but she was not in court today.  Next court date will be 6/26 for pre-trial readiness conference.
